Waitpinga - Kuitpo

The iconic South Australian trail race, the Heysen 105 is an endurance event like no other in Australia. Traversing a 105km section of the 1200km-long Heysen Trail, competitors experience the best trail running has to offer in the state, taking in rolling farmland, sandy forests, rocky hillsides and lots lots more.

This year we are excited to announce that Isobel Bespalov and Brendan Davies are our Race Ambassadors.

Isobel will be in Adelaide on August 30/31 and will be holding a group run plus a presentation and dinner on the Saturday night (the 30th).

Brendan will be here the weekend after and will be holding similar public group runs on the Sunday, but will also be offering an exclusive camp available by booking. Details to follow about Isobel's and Brendan's visit.

The Heysen training run dates are also available on the Heysen event page.

The mission of Yumigo! is to promote physical activity and
