Steph is a passionate runner and cyclist who, as an Accredited Practising Dietician and Sports Dietician, founded Nutrition Strategies. Many athletes already rely on Steph for her sound direction on what to put into your stomach to get the best results from your body. She has also recently introduced a Triathlon Nutrition program to cater for our multi-discipline friends. If anyone ever asks Yumigo! who do we recommend when it comes to nutritional preparation for an event, we never hesitate to send them to see Steph.
